In 2017, after living in Glasgow my entire life, I decided to pack up and head to New York City. Although I have become accustomed to life in America, I still refuse to call my jumper, a sweater, or my trousers, pants. You can take the Scot out of Scotland but you can’t take the Scot out of me!

Growing up, I struggled with an undiagnosed learning difficulty up until the age of seventeen. During that time, film and TV shows were my escape.  In 2016, I gained a Marketing and Business Law joint honours degree from the University of Strathclyde, one of the best business schools in the UK. In May 2021, I graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Film with honors. I went from a failing teenager to a thriving adult, all because I finally learned how my brain worked.

During my time in the states, I have written, directed, and produced a number of films. My work has been included in over twenty-nine film festivals worldwide and has won multiple awards.
